A non-profit organization based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, East India, Kalyan India is led by a dedicated team of young women professionals of the Indigenous Khasi tribe, working to ensure the safety of children and adolescents since 2013.It is with great purpose that we are called Kalyan, ‘KALYAN’ means being well in ourselves, being well in our dreams, and being well in the goodness of those with whom we work and partner.

Our Impact

We empower children and adolescents by engaging in life skills and personal safety education in schools, child care institutions, and communities, with the objective of reducing the risk and vulnerability of children and girls to abuse and exploitation.
